You may provide us with two types of information when visiting our website

• The first type of information you provide to us is Personal Information. This you provide on an individual basis during registration.

Once we have received your information the strictest procedures and security features are in place to prevent unauthorised access to your information. The information that is collected through these tools may include the time and date of your visits, the pages viewed, time spent on our website and the websites visited just before and just after visiting our website.

  information requested by you and we may pass your information to them for this sole purpose;
• To inform you of changes to our service;
• In accordance with your authorisation at the point of registration;
• If you have given your consent at the point of registration, to contact you with information about products,
  services and special offers that you request from us, or that we feel may interest you or to ask you to participate in one of our customer satisfaction surveys.
• We may pass your information to carefully selected third party Organisations only:
• If we buy or sell any business or assets in which case we may disclose your information to the seller or buyer of such business or assets;
• If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data to comply with any legal obligation or in order to enforce or apply our terms and conditions and other agreements or protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Terms and conditions

• Promotion period: 4th March 12.00 – 23.59 on 30th March 2016. Any entries received after this date will not be entered into the competition.
• To enter: During the promotion period, visit Kobe Sizzlers and take a photo of your food, or yourself, or your friends and family anywhere in the restaurant. To enter, each entrant must be following Kobe Sizzlers on Instagram, followed by posting your photo to Instagram, tagging @kobesizzlers and using the hashtag #KreativeKobe. Any entrant not satisfying these conditions will immediately be disqualified.
• There is no limit to entries per person, however, consistently repeated images and captions will be deleted and the sender disqualified.
• Winners will be picked by Kobe Sizzlers Management at their own discretion.
• Prize: 1 winner will win a meal for 2 at Kobe Sizzler which includes one starter, two mains and one dessert and one drink each from the cold drinks menu. This prize must be redeemed by the 30th April 2016.
• All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. Kobe Sizzlers reserves the right to provide an alternative prize or reward (as applicable) of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• Winner Notification: the winner will be notified by private message on Instagram and announced on the Kobe Sizzlers Instagram page within three days of the competition closing.
• Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries, or entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Kobe Sizzlers takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
• The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion.
• Kobe Sizzlers cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by entrants as a result of entering the promotion or accepting a prize. Kobe Sizzlers further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to or resulting from participation with this promotion.
